Jael Anaya is a self-taught photographer of five years, a wife, a mom of two, and a woman of faith. She and her family are Christian, and the way they live reflects the values they hold close — kindness, gratitude, and caring for others. She’s married to her best friend, and together they’ve built a life centered around family, creativity, and capturing the moments that truly matter.

Jael’s love for photography began in childhood, inspired by her mother, who would dress her and her siblings up and take them to beautiful places just to photograph them. Those little adventures — getting ready, going somewhere pretty, watching her mom behind the camera — are what first sparked Jael’s interest in photography. When Jael lost her mother at sixteen, that early love for capturing life took on a deeper meaning. She was left with only a few photos of her mom, and that made her realize just how powerful and meaningful a single image can be.

That’s why photography isn’t just a job for her — it’s personal. She knows how meaningful it is to freeze time, to remember, and to feel seen. She pours that heart into every session, striving to give families images that feel genuine, beautiful, and lasting.

What started as a simple passion has grown into a craft she deeply loves — documenting warm, natural, and honest moments for families who value authenticity. Jael loves working with natural light and creating images that feel warm, modern, and true to each family. Her approach is calm, gentle, and rooted in connection — giving you space to relax and be yourselves. One of her favorite parts of the process is delivering a gallery and knowing that families will feel seen, beautiful, and cared for in their photos.
